1. There was no mention of the potential noise at the time I booked the massage - no 'oh, I see that you're booking your massage during a peak construction time, may I suggest postponing the massage to a later hour, until after the construction has stopped.

2. I certainly understand that renovations are necessary, but we booked a couples' massage for our first evening, and there was very noisy construction going on right in the room next to us.
