1. Minor inconveniences, but they add up and put us in a frame of mind where other small things stick out, like the uncomfortable bathrobes (a kimpton-wide thing, do they use too much bleach and destroy the cotton?).

5. One thing I could not locate anywhere in the suite was a local phone book, which I thought was an odd oversight (I wanted street addresses for a couple of places - I ended up looking them up on the Internet, but if I hadn't brought a computer, that would have been quite inconvenient).
