1. Also, there was a broken hot water pipe and the steam caused the fire alarm to go off around 4am, but the staff was very apologetic and friendly about the situation.

6. The carpets were horribly stained, there were no fitted sheets on the bed leaving the dirty mattresses completely exposed, mold on the shower curtain, broken tiles in the bathroom, our sink was cracked all the way down the middle, the port-a-crib was filthy.

Only one other complaint about the room, besides the broken furniture and mini bar cabinet - the bed linens - the sheets felt like they were polyester blend, and the bedspread was a very heavy polyester bed spread, and it felt very rough and like something you would expect from a Holiday Inn or a Motel 6.
