3. I didn't take advantage of the happy hours in the lobby so can't comment on that and didn't get any amazing interactions with the staff either, so can't really comment much on the service levels unfortunately.

4. It features a very well equipped gym (though no pool, unfortunately), and includes lots of nice little bonuses like a free wine and cheese every night.
