2. Once we moved our bags from the original room (on our own), I returned to the lobby, where Jamie loudly asked in front of other customers 'what did you decide - because the people that were going to check into that room are here now', which made me feel as though I was a huge inconvenience.

4. com and they lost my reservation (despite the fact that I had confirmation from them), but the registration attendant (I wish I remembered her name, she was great) took responsibility for the mishap, got me checked in immediately and put me in a king suite instead of the standard queen room I had booked for the inconvenience of having a brief moment of terror in thinking I may not have a place to sleep for the night.
