1. We knew we would not spend $35/night for our car to sleep in the garage so handing keys to the valet made me feel bad for the guy because I was not tipping just to check in.

5. All in all it's not a bad place to stay, but we will probably try another hotel that is pet friendly in down town Portland the next time we're there.

7. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, which was fine I wasn't expecting it to be, however the service I received from the front desk was a little off - it wasn't bad at all, just not very helpful.

8. It was pouring down rain when we arrived but fortunately, they have a garage entrance you can pull right into and avoid the bad weather all together.
