1. The couch in the living area was very worn, however the beds were very comortable and the bathrooms were very clean.

6. We get our room in the Amelia phase around 2:30 and go into a smelly room, with stains on the rugs and furniture, mildew in the shower, a broken soap tray in the shower, worn out bedspreads and faded shower curtains.
