1. On the negative side, we had a bad experience one night when the upstairs neighbors were excessively noisy (picture a couple of children running back and forth for hours until the early hours of the morning and the adults partying out on the patio which was right above our suite).

8. The only other negative is the long followup presentation, altough they say that they won't pressure you, you still feel pressured because as you go to leave they is always someone else who wants to make the owners' rate more attractive.

9. The only negative comment I could make is that the maid service was not great even though our beds were made everyday the bathroom floors could of been swept and showers cleaned which didn't seem to get done.
