1. Our first night was disturbed by our neighbors who decided to have one heck of a party from mid-night until 6 a.

2. During each stay I ensure that the 'do not disturb' sign is off the door no later than noon, but still my room is not serviced, as I have been told that housekeeping comes 'very early' to service rooms.

3. Good: Pete @ check-in desk fast & easy check-in, Our 2 bedroom unit was in block 11 close to the lobby & restaurant, Room & Gardens were clean, Quite pool was nice no kids toys & splashing, I put the do not disturb sign out & the maid left clean towels & paper products at the door.

5. After 4 hours of sleep we were awakened by a banging on the door by housekeeping (there aren't any 'do not disturb' tags like regular hotels) and then calls from the front desk.

6. We had to call 3 times to get hangers brought up to our room, we had someone from housekeeping knocking on our door, even with a 'do not disturb' sign clearly hanging on the knob, and it took another 2 calls to have someone come up and fix the door to the washer/dryer area.

7. She sounded very disturbed, said it was not acceptable (the room condition) and I assume she would have looked into our complaints.

8. I wasn't too disturbed by this but we were supposed to be in one of the newly renovated rooms so we decided to call the front desk who were a little rude and didn't want to switch our room, saying that there were no new vacant rooms.
