1. The frying pans were not non-stick which meant that everything you made stuck to them and made a horrible mess.

3. Indeed they did- like replacing the dustbins, putting in towels, turning on the fridge, cleaning the bathtub and shower door and- who stole the brush that comes with the dustpan?Wifi at this particular location- an erratic mess.

5. we were bumped by Thomas Cook to this hotel, we should have been going to The Doubletree on International Drive but Thomas Cook messed us around, giving us this hotel instead 2 weeks before we travelled.

10. All staff were very helpful,when 1 day we had a slight issue with kids messing around in the quiet pool,this was immediately rectified by very obliging security guards.
