1. On the negative side, we had a bad experience one night when the upstairs neighbors were excessively noisy (picture a couple of children running back and forth for hours until the early hours of the morning and the adults partying out on the patio which was right above our suite).

2. Augestine is the newest building and the suites are beautiful (we toured one during our Tme Share meeting) is directly located around the Pirate Ship pool & slide, however, also backs onto contstruction and could be a little too close to International drive which may be a little noisy.

3. The pools are great for kids and aren't too noisy and if you get a decent room they're nicely appointed with a good kitchenette, a couple of TVs and also a CD player/iPod dock which is a good touch.

5. Since we stayed on the first floor, it was extra noisy at night (elevator noise and naughty guests), so I suggest you stay on the second floor and up, but at the same time It was very easy for us with two toddlers to get out of the car and walk two steps to the room.

7. You can still hear alot of noise through ceilings and walls if you have noisy neighbors.

8. The only downside youd be that the hall way could get a bit noisy if you are in the bedroom close to the entrance door.
