5. )They lost a point for the lack of options as far as restaurants (only 1) that had very few options, the bar was inside the restaurant - so you had to go inside the restaurant in your pool attire and order.

6. We were in building 7, a recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom room with a view of the little pond and pool area, if I remember correctly it was the Augustine area or the Bella, forgive my lack of memory.

7. There is a really bad knife set but it lacks a cutting board (common Sheraton, seriously?) Salt/pepper looks like they were stolen from McDonalds (little white packets).

8. The room was clean and tidy, but it did lack on a bit of maintenance, a few dead light bulbs and to lock the door you had to slam it into next door.

9. We paid for daily housekeeping and I would say that this was a bit lacking as the place was not spotless.
