1. Staff will turn volume down when asked, but I did find it slightly annoying and unnecessary, when reading a book poolside, music kicks in at 9am and then its on until pool attendant leaves at 6pm.

Day 4 went alright with no more seeming hitches, management finally found the time to call back and address our issues since it seems they couldn't be bothered until our last day here to look into our complaints, this however didn't stop their annoying telemarketer turds from daily calling our line multiple times trying to get us to look into time shares which we had no care for especially at this place.

9. Thought it was annoying to have to have a pool towel card, really, are there that many people stealing pool towels at Sheraton? Do not sign up for the free breakfast whatever you do.
