1. CHECK IN: Brittany was awesome she got us out of the mold smelling rooms in Building 9 that we were originally assigned, and then upgraded us to newer rooms (bldg 27) closer to the kids pool .

2. Once we finally checked into our room it smelled like smoke sO we called the front desk and they offered to switch our rooms.

3. The only downside was our room had a connecting door through to a small one bed room (both rooms are used when you book a 2 bed room) which does not block out noise very well, could here next doors conversions and also on one night could smell cooking coming from next door (curry).

4. Their room had a moldy smell and stains on the carpeting.

5. The room was dark, had a persistant moldy smell and was quite dated, the hallways and elevator were dirty and the trash cans outside always overflowing with trash.

During check out the girl (that checked us in) asked how every thing was and my husband said great except for the smell of smoke, she asked why we did not call to be moved and we told her that we would find any room there smelly and she told us that they had new non-smoking rooms in the newer buildings.

14. Check in was fast, but they told us that all rooms are smoking rooms and that the cleaning service makes sure the smell of smoke is gone (which if you are a non-smoker you can always smell cigarette smoke in houses/rooms).
