1. Valet was rude and did not offer to help with our bags but made sure to tell us to bring the cart back when we were finished (and this was the supervisor valet guy), no parking for guest even if you don't have a car registered to your room (supposed to be one car per room), the room smelled like smoke (and I brought my baby), rude workers in the restaurant (one lady basically told me to go to another place to eat to get fries with cheese on them because they could NOT make them), could not find anyone to make a complaint to (one lady told me that she was not getting in the middle of it and I would have to deal with it myself and walked away.
