No *one* thing was a major deal (really, any *one* of these things probably wouldn't be worth mentioning on its own), but a number of little things added up to something less than I expected based on the way the hotel presents itself: disposable plastic cups in the rooms, no in-room coffeemaker (coffee was available in the cramped lobby), mold on the bathtub caulking, poor water pressure in the shower, no complimentary newspaper.
