1. Valet was rude and did not offer to help with our bags but made sure to tell us to bring the cart back when we were finished (and this was the supervisor valet guy), no parking for guest even if you don't have a car registered to your room (supposed to be one car per room), the room smelled like smoke (and I brought my baby), rude workers in the restaurant (one lady basically told me to go to another place to eat to get fries with cheese on them because they could NOT make them), could not find anyone to make a complaint to (one lady told me that she was not getting in the middle of it and I would have to deal with it myself and walked away.

2. The reception desk staff was nice as well as the valet staff but the restaurant/bar staff were somewhat lazy and rude.

4. Unfortunatly we encountered a rude Valet person and Manager Jim at the desk was no help, however that being said the manager of the hotel was more than helpful with our complaint.

5. -The staff in the dining area was somewhat rude, and had no sense of urgency, despite our request for prompt service due to the time constraints many people had in our party because of departing flight times.

9. Staff wasnt unkind or rude, but i had heard great reviews of there friendlyness, and didnt see much, the houskeepers waived and greated us but no one else.

10. -The front desk staff were anything but helpful, and everything rude and condescending-The look and feel of the rooms is dated and in need of repairs and upgradesKnowing that all these things that were written were true, I still chose to stay here and I still managed to enjoy myself: because, I think, in great part, to the fact I didn't live in my room for 3/4 of the time I was in NOLA.
