1. Only complaint- no mini refrigerator though clearly there once was one as there is an empty cabinet where it obviously was.
"Wonderul hotel in the French Quarter " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
2. Valet was rude and did not offer to help with our bags but made sure to tell us to bring the cart back when we were finished (and this was the supervisor valet guy), no parking for guest even if you don't have a car registered to your room (supposed to be one car per room), the room smelled like smoke (and I brought my baby), rude workers in the restaurant (one lady basically told me to go to another place to eat to get fries with cheese on them because they could NOT make them), could not find anyone to make a complaint to (one lady told me that she was not getting in the middle of it and I would have to deal with it myself and walked away.

3. I was forced off Interstate 75 about 1996 when the' storm of the century' closed highways, our only choicethen was Scottish Inn Chattanooga or National Guard Armory floor (we took Inn but we expected awful and werent disappointed so I have no complaints although the Guard Armory would probably have been safer choice).

4. Unfortunatly we encountered a rude Valet person and Manager Jim at the desk was no help, however that being said the manager of the hotel was more than helpful with our complaint.

7. I only had two complaints of this hotel: there was evident space in the cabinetry for a mini fridge, yet there was none.
