1. Towel service and maid service extremely slow.

5. Overall i would not recommend this hotel because parking is horrible, check in is slow, the rooms need to be totally remodeled, and the food was not properly cooked.

Also no wait staff service at the pool, drain broken in sink, phone broken in room, no espresso at the bar, wifi was slow and unreliable, towel quality not very good, morning coffee disappears far too soon when your night ends at 4:30am, no shuttle service to airport (add $80 bucks for a rt cab).
