1. dirty, run down, out dated rooms.

There were drop ceiling tiles in the 'luxury suite ceiling' that were water stained and air vents discolored and dirty; their was a hole where the refrigerator was SUPPOSED to be but they took them out and you have to put in a request for one what the heck?; they charge a BUCK to use the in room coffee in a 469 suite yet give you paper cups which arent heavy enough to operate the brew cycle so you basically lose another buck but they save from having to wash a coffee cup ori guess you order room service dailyfor coffee (ingenius marketing indeed) .
