2. I was expecting a '4-star' rated room and that was NOT what I got (bathroom was tiny and bathtub was totally outdated and gross).

3. I was very polite but disgusted when i called the front desk (didn't discover the bed and bathroom grossness till 11 that night after sightseeing and dinner)- she came to inspect- was grossed out herself.
