1. Valet was rude and did not offer to help with our bags but made sure to tell us to bring the cart back when we were finished (and this was the supervisor valet guy), no parking for guest even if you don't have a car registered to your room (supposed to be one car per room), the room smelled like smoke (and I brought my baby), rude workers in the restaurant (one lady basically told me to go to another place to eat to get fries with cheese on them because they could NOT make them), could not find anyone to make a complaint to (one lady told me that she was not getting in the middle of it and I would have to deal with it myself and walked away!) I travel about 4 times a year and have never paid this much for a hotel nor have I ever had this bad of service.

2. On entering the room there was a smell of 'wet dog', but you soon got used to it and it certainly didn't spoil our stay.

3. To keep it simple, the room was filthy and smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke.

4. This hotel also changed to all non-smoking Oct 1st and in one of our rooms we could smell stale smoke.

5. My main problems with the room were that it was dark, poorly ventilated, smelled somewhat mildewy, and vacillated between too hot and too cold.
