2. Rooms are just gorgeous with sumptuous decor, comfy beds, and the bathroom was spacious with a huge tub (unfortunately did not have the time to get in it.

4. I contacted the front desk, who transfered me an impolite valet attendant - on hold for 8 minutes - who transfered me to the on-duty manager, who researched this charge for 10 minutes, and informed that he recognizes the error, but unfortunately he will be unable to assist me.
