5. Bad information ('no, we don't have a jacuzzi or whirlpool' and botched orders (7 out of the 8 meals eaten in the restaurant) Even more frustrating was how long it took to get the bad information or botched order.

7. To add to the frustration, the buttons on the phones were not programmed properly so when I called the bell desk, in-room dining would answer (which sort of worked out since we had a problem with that too.
