1. I love candles and usually do not have a problem with them.

5. The other problem is the phone system, I have called several time for various items and when you call the wrong room number comes up, and you never get what you asked for.

7. I don't have a problem with that, but if hotels insist on charging a premium price, one would hope they would have 'all hands on deck' in terms of service and performance and amenities.
