3. Another issue was the lift was not working (for handicapped people, not the elevator) and my husband had to carry the stroller with child in it several times up the stairs.

6. Prior to even arriving, we had some issues that were popping up around our reservation and we never received a call back from the hotel desk staff after several attempts to get help.

7. No maintenance or issues with the actual room, and the king size bed was very comfy.

8. There may be issues with the overall wear and tear of the hotel -- if you look on the carpets in the hallways, at least on the 7th floor where we were staying, you'll clearly see the tracks of the luggage & housekeeping carts.

9. I go to the front desk to rectify the issue, and the person there really seemed to lack the essential skills to work at the reception desk.
