1. The music can be on the louder side and, while not at all overwhelming, can make it difficult for some people to hear dinner conversation (to be fair, I am older and have difficulty hearing conversations in most crowded restaurants).

3. We are not disabled, but it was very difficult navigating the stairs with a stroller and the Ritz employees rarely offered to help with the exception of one male employee who always offered to help.

6. It's a bit difficult to find the lobby with it being on the 2nd floor & should be marked better.

7. It can be a bit of a problem during Mardi Gras, as all of the parades go by the hotel and it is difficult to get around.
