5. It was very dingy, smelled of smoke, the bed had an old bed spread and pillows on it, an uncomfortable old mattress, there was literally no cold water in the bathroom regardless of how long we let the water run, no ice bucket, no complimentary morning paper, and we had no in-room coffee re-fills.
