2. Maybe the cranky patron next to us checking in who was complaining of this and that wrong with the room, and my husband and I, being all nice starry eyed about being in a swanky hotel made her upgrade us, lol.

3. No one told us to which tower our room was in so we went to the wrong tower searching for our room, we realized it must be in the other tower, would have been nice to tell us at checkin.
