1. 1501) was quite small, with cramped desk tucked next to the entrance, broken chair (which they replaced after I asked), very small bathroom and outdated appliances (old phone w/o a speaker, limited outlets, etc.

3. This is why I gave this hotel 5-stars: As we were being taken up to the room by the bellperson, right away I noticed a piece of broken glass on the floor.

4. The bathroom door handle was broken so it wouldn't close, there was hair in the bath tub and it wasn't ours because the color nor the length was ours and then on top of that the maids never cleaned our room.

7. The lifts are the most annoying thing about this hotel as they are computerized and 2 mornings we had to walk down 18 floors to the foyer as the lifts were broken for a few hours.

8. I will say this hotel should be downgraded from 4 star to 1 star, I even stayed at 2 stars and have better service then that, everything in hotel was broken, internet not working in room even paid, no microwave, no fridge, beds broken and even found cigarettes in a non smoking hotels.
