1. Must give hotel a credit however, they refunded the internet charge, but still not having to go through the hassle would be nice for anyone.

2. It made entertaining a large group almost effortless -- just walk to any of the restaurants, bars, casinos and other attractions without the hassle of taxis or other transportation.

To be fair however, there was a huge convention going on and the lobby was packed night and day, maybe if it weren`t so busy there wouldn`t be this problem, but it was a bit of a hassle waiting upwards of 10 minutes for an elevator, and I am not exaggerating, that is how long I waited at one point.
