We arrive at 3:00 pm (which is every hotels normal check-in time) and they say that they've
overbook
ed and are moving us to the Residence Inn in the Warehouse District.

This was the host hotel for Hawaii's Football team (Sugar Bowl) so they

ed and we were 'randomly' picked to be moved to another hotel.
