3. We arrive at 3:00 pm (which is every hotels normal check-in time) and they say that they've overbooked and are moving us to the Residence Inn in the Warehouse District.

10. We made reservations for two rooms for New Years Eve months ago and we get there (at 3:00 pm which is every hotels normal check-in time) and they say that they've overbooked and are moving us to the Residence Inn in the Warehouse District.
