3. My complaints were not well received, but eventually we were able to move to the south tower.

6. The only complaint would be that if you are going to use the pool, realize that it only gets sun for a very limited time as it sits between the towers of the hotel - not a very smart developer.

7. I booked the Renissance Arts one through their website and have no complaints only praises but I booked New Orleans Marriott through Priceline and could not get comfortable.
