1. The room was not dirty but pretty dated and dull.

5. The decor was dated, (jazzy carpets and dull furniture) but clean and the furnishings were in good repair; the bed and linens were quite comfortable.

7. There are two towers to the hotel, one is a bit more updated (not the Riverside one), and one offers much smaller more dated rooms.
