2. I did not find any mold or other issues, but the vent in the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned in years as evidenced by the thickness of the dust.

3. My room had some issues with condensation from the HVAC system.
"Musty carpet, intriguing elevators " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/29/2012 Vote
4. On the parking issue, though, I must say it was nice to have our car safely tucked away as we didn't even need it during the stay.

5. However, I had several issues:- Parking is incredibly expensive: $36/night.
"Elevators were the best part of the hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/14/2012 Vote
6. Unfriendly staff and after overhearing other guests you could tell they forgot a lot of the standard things (newspapers, free wifi, and incorrect bills were a few of the issues I heard).
"Average property, Great location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/11/2012 Vote
7. To briefly summarise the main impression of the hotel:The room was on 36th floor and was pretty well appointed with the usual Marriott decor and usual standards of cleanliness (which is to say, pretty clean), the only issue I had was a long wait for the lifts in the lobby since you need to program your floor and are assigned a lift letter (at first this seemed a good system but when there are more than a dozen people waiting for lifts, it quickly becomes tedious).
"Usual Marriott Standards, But Lacked Personality (Due to Size) " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/27/2012 Vote
8. But sometimes, even Marriott has some issues they need to address.
"Good, but needs a little TLC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/17/2012 Vote
9. Again, not sure if this is a city water issue or a Marriott water treatment issue.
"Good, but needs a little TLC " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/17/2012 Vote
10. Now the down side, while the rooms are pretty routine Marriott, issues in the bathroom drove me nuts.
