I am a swimmer so it is

They do provide safety deposit boxes at the front desk, but in a hotel this large it's often
difficult
to get to the front desk and find an available person to help access the boxes - and you definitely don't want to be carrying valuables around the French Quarter on New Year's Eve.

Also, the water pressure was terrible, I couldn't even rinse hairspray from my hair because it was such a soft trickle coming out and both my husband and I had a
difficult
time getting soap off of us because the water pressure was so poor.

The room was rather small getting internet access is
difficult
and rather costly ($10 a day for Wifi when you can get it free at a Starbucks is ridiculous).

The shower head was too low, making it
difficult
to shower, and the water went from VERY hot to VERY cold, with little in between.

I mean, seriously, how
difficult
is 'put in the floor you are going to and it will tell you which elevator to take'? Another frequent complaint I read was about never having hot water.
