1. Basically she was telling us we were getting a tiny room without the river view and that we couldn't complain or switch.

3. Maybe the cranky patron next to us checking in who was complaining of this and that wrong with the room, and my husband and I, being all nice starry eyed about being in a swanky hotel made her upgrade us, lol.

5. The elevator system was a bit annoying--efficient, but patrons often don't pay attention to what floor the elevator they got in was set too and then would complain the entire ride up.

8. We complained to the manager at the desk that this was our honeymoon and we were staying in what we thought was a nice room, but was really just a super 8 with nice furniture.
