Im a guy who will ask ten thousand questions about everything and i never got the impression that i was a burden to anyone maid, doorman, front desk lady, bell hop all were very helpful and thorough the location is great if you want to enjoy the quiet in the evening but still be walking distance to the french quarter and aquarium both about 4 or 5 blocks good part of town wasnt scary or unsafe feeling great bed very quiet in the halls this place has a rooftop pool and hot tub while my wife and daughter swam i enjoyed a few millerlites and took in the view of the city AT 10PM THEY SERVE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY W/MILK EVERY EVENING IN THE LOBBY DO NOT MISS THIS oh yea valet parking is 30 bucks.

5. we picked this hotel for the haunted history my daughter and her boyfreind are ghost hunters (LOL) but my six year old is not so we chose this one because the 'ghost reports' were not scary they were tame we did experince some unusual things but not scary.

6. The hotel was beautiful, the service was great and friendly but is not four star hotel, the room was very small and the city was scary and not safe.
