We were so tired and
frustrated
from the drive that took nearly twice as long as it should from Houston.

Might not be a problem for most, but when you are trying to sleep off drinks from the night before and half the hotel is checking out between 10 and 11 it can get a little
frustrat
ing.

Also
frustrat
ing is the fact that if you give them your email you will get a lot of spam where they ask you to take surveys and to friend them etc (it is too much) and needless to say, each one of those emails has been a reminder that I can't get them to address this reasonable challenge.

It has certainly changed my feelings about this experience and if you have ever had a husband who had to carry a very high charge on his personal card for no reason, you'd know why this is so
frustrat
ing.

I don't think this would prevent me from staying here again, but it is
frustrat
ing and if you have a car, make sure you factor the cost to park it into your budget.

Also, at first the manager was a little rude and unsympathetic, but once I was reduced to tears out of shear
frustrat
ion, exhaustion (had been on the road since 5AM and have a new baby at home), and general disappointment, she tried to be nice.

so i called the front desk to report this situation and i am guessing that since i had gotten a little
frustrated
with them that this is the reason that it took a whole 3 hours to get someone up there to clean it up.
"What a waste!! "
