1. The one bartender I encountered, an older female, was so rude when I asked for a soda, and became nearly irate because I couldn't understand her babbling, should have no business serving the public.

2. Not only were they unprepared for the amount of patrons but most of the staff, from the front desk to bar personnel were extremely rude and appeared to be put out by having to deal with patrons.

4. Oh and dont let me forget the $35 valet parking charge and the African American who work there acted rude to other African Americans but were slave ready to the Whites.

10. Also, at first the manager was a little rude and unsympathetic, but once I was reduced to tears out of shear frustration, exhaustion (had been on the road since 5AM and have a new baby at home), and general disappointment, she tried to be nice.
