1. Pool is not accessible if you are in a wheelchair and difficult for people who have a hard time with stairs.

A few niggly little things are stopping me from giving it a 5/5 rating - such as hardly being able to put anything on the bedside table as the lamp, phone and clock took nearly all the space, one of the phones in the room not working, the tv in the room being old and bulky and having to get someone from reception to come down to the business centre to type in the password for the internet.

3. Just worth noting that the mini-fridge is fully stocked and any disturbance to it is sensed and recorded, so if you even open it and breathe hard, you'd better go down to the front desk and let them know.

4. The much bragged about hot chocolate and PB-n-J sandwiches that are put out at night are hit-n-miss, you might get a sandwich, you might not, OR you might get a sandwich with HARD left over bread.

The bathrooms are tiny and cramped and the showers are set up very strange with no curtain and only a partial glass door so the floors always get soaked (you guys should do something about that)The restaurant was decent and the breakfast was good, but expensiveFitness center was hard to find on the top floor but good treadmills and decent universla machine.
