1. Unlike the hotels in the quarter, the halls here weren't busy with rowdy guests or randomly loud and noisy when elevators opened.

6. The major problem with this room type is that it is directly behind the elevator and unfortunately the room is not insulated well and the noise was very loud.

8. My only (minor) complaint was noise from the hallway - partially due to the door design, more due to inconsiderate noisy guests coming in quite late (early) without regard to how loud they were being.
