1. With some effort, but hey, you don't come to New Orleans to moan and complain- you come to have a good time, so while we did initially debate about asking for another room, we decided to just overlook some of the jankier parts of our room.

5. We stayed on the 9th floor and I know that other reviewers have complained about that floor being in need of updating but we found the room to be clean, comfortable and spacious.
