3. Loved this hotel and I did not see ONE bed bug or any sign of them on the mattress/in the room, and I know what to look for.

5. I am very cautious about bed bugs and my husband emailed them before hand about my concerns and they were extremely nice and assured me that they take every precaution and report of bed bugs very seriously and treat the room immediately.
