2. They were out of many things on the menu, the food took a long time to get to us, the bill was wrong 3 times, and we all didn't feel great after eating.

3. We had 2 meals at the Italian restaurant - we only went back the second time incorrectly assuming the lousy meal the first night was a one-off but sadly we were wrong as the second was just as bad and it is far from cheap.

8. Sometimes when you get lost, and that's real easy in this very big place, hosts send you to the wrong place or give incorrect directions.
