1. I'm a geek so I always pack a travel router, but without it I wouldn't have been able to VPN into work using wifi, the connection was too slow.

2. If the fee is required why isn't it included in the room price? Here the fee includes wifi, but during both of my stays it was slow at best, disappointing for a conference friendly hotel.

3. Expect to get lost and it will take at least 15 minutes to get through the hotel on foot, more time if your slow.

5. Twice our group (4 people one day, 8 the next) got extremely slow service; coffee took 20 minutes to arrive one day, breakfast overall took 75 minutes.

8. have stayed here a few times and this trip was for music city bowl-really crowded-valet parking was very slow-check in ok for the crowd,staff friendly and helpful-new years eve was overcrowded -overall good stay but don't think i'll be back for new years-also prices are high-18.

9. On this particular trip, at Cascades we had our children's chicken fingers dropped on the floor by wait staff (no replacements) and a tea spilled onto my husband during our hour-and-a-half long lunch due to slow service.

10. ), a fan control dating from the 80's, no fan in the bathroom (beware of odors or hot showers, well if you can call this hot water anyway), the bathroom can barely fit one person (mind our knees on the toilet to close the door), the internet connection is very slow and there is only one chest drawer with 3 usable drawers (the others are fake hiding the mini fridge) which is kind of small when 3 adults are in the room.
