I felt scammed and let down, and then needed to try to find a new hotel for Friday Night --- During Hockey Playoff Game--- Not the easiest thing, and received not help or an offer for help from the hotel when I stated we could no longer stay at the hotel due to the allergies (although I am sure it was mold) from the flowers.

3. I am super allergic to mold and being on the second floor near the meeting space, the smell of mold was so strong that I would start feeling dizzy& faint like I was going to pass out.

The rooms were clean and really nice - and you can upgrade to a room with a balcony facing out to the indoor gardens), the bathrooms were updated and clean (2 years ago the conference center that was picked in Chicago had mold in the bathroom and chipping tile - not what you want to see for $140/night.

10. The shortcomings in our room included a shower curtain that was missing half of the support hooks that went uncorrected, mold in the bathtub, stained and torn bed liniens, peeling paint on the bathroom door, and items from previous guests that had been left to rot in the mini-fridge.
