1. They did give us a two room suite in the older section with a parking lot view which was disappointing, but it was two rooms and very large although somewhat dated, so we settled.

3. Once I had finally checked out (As an FYI, the agent indicated that my card would be credited for the remaining balance of the $100 credit that Ryan had issued when we arrived - but to date, no credit has appeared on our card's statement.

6. Only stay in Opryland if you like paying FULL RETAIL PRICES, POOR VALET and enjoy sleeping in DATED ROOMS with no view.

9. The only glitch was easily fixed by guest services, when I received my reservation confirmation the arrival & departure dates were incorrect.
