8. I had to leave the conference centre to get access to the internet or pay some ridiculous amount of money for access in the conference centre - sort of defeats the purpose of a conference and business centre.

10. A cab costs $25 each way and the hotel charges $15 return for a shuttle bus I suppose this is fine if you are alone but as a family of 4 I found $60 ridiculously expensive.
