2. Everything is very expensive and there is a mandatory $15 resort fee that includes internet access (the worst I've ever experienced at hotel - refused to stay connected), two bottles of water, and access to the fitness center and spa.

5. Everything was wonderful except having to speak with the call center on a few occasions they have the worst attitudes and customer service if you have a problem just go to the front desk because it may be a walk down there but save yourself from having to deal with rude and uncaring people.
